TD TYPE Data Field for the 289 LSS and 289H LSS

In addition to Device Types, which are required for all offices regardless of the type of Cable Pressurization Automatic Monitoring System (CPAMS) used, PressureMAP systems that monitor 289, 289H LSS, 289H-M and Dial-a-Ducers also require that a Transducer Type code is assigned to each device. This code provides additional information required by PressureMAP to perform 289-related monitoring functions. For some Device Types, the PressureMAP editor automatically fills in the required TD Type, and will not allow you to edit that field.

Device Types and Transducer Types are listed in Appendix 1 of the MAP System Data Entry Manual and at the end of the Preface in the Operations Manual.
