Delivery System Monitoring Design New monitoring technology has been developed over the past several years that offers much better protection of your valuable central office components, particularly air dryers. Sensors can now better detect commonplace threats such as power outages and dryer failures, plus some of the less common problems like water damage due to a broken pipe in the fire protection system. Our Delivery System Monitoring Design incorporates these sensors, plus the greater reading accuracy and resolution made possible by our high range Flow Finder equipment and high resolution pressure and flow transducers. The majority of the Delivery System Monitoring Designs specified for our customers include one or more equipment racks (each with a stainless steel, vertically-mounted manifold), a 289H LSS monitor (which provides the capability of reading the new sensors), an instrument panel, and a combination of distribution and pipe panels. We also provide and pre-wire the required connector blocks for the mounted transducers and sensors. As an aid in finalizing a design that meets your objectives and expectations, we provide detailed AutoCAD drawings of the desired assemblies. The drawings, which show front, rear, side and top views, represent the optimum layout based on customer input and functional placement considerations. All equipment rack components are pre-assembled at our manufacturing facility, carefully packaged in wooden crates, and drop-shipped to the designed site. If you're interested in updating your air pressure delivery system and taking advantage of the latest monitoring capabilities, please contact or Customer Services Department via email or by call (800) 247-8255 / (831) 475-5777. |
