Rich Rethorn was a manager in New York Telephone for almost 29 years before joining System Studies. While Rich was with New York Telephone, he performed various duties, including splicing, installation, repair, and cable testing.

His responsibilities at System Studies involve product development, sales, installation, and customer assistance for the New York area of AT&T East (including Queens, Staten Island, Southern, Northern and Midtown Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Nassau).
