Also, most of them have extensive telco experience in air pressure, and are able to understand your concerns and provide valuable input into your cable pressurization operation.

Gus Ballas is responsible for training in all aspects of air pressure (including monitoring, engineering, and leak locating), sales, and other customer services at System Studies. From his office in Burien, Washington, Gus is available to assist air pressurization personnel throughout the Qwest 14-state area, Verizon in the Northwest, plus Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida in AT&T Southeast. Gus can answer any questions you have about upgrading your air pressurization system and the many products and services that System Studies offers.    | TOP |



Arthur Carmody is currently helping our customers in Verizon (except those in New York City) and AT&T Southeast customers in Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. He provides information and support for System Studies products and oversees the implementation of air pressurization training. Before joining System Studies in 1992, Art worked at New England Telephone for more than 23 years. With most of his telco experience in Cable Repair, he was air pressure manager for the Worcester District of Massachusetts for six years.    | TOP |




Rich Rethorn
was a manager in New York Telephone for almost 29 years before joining System Studies. While Rich was with New York Telephone, he performed various duties, including splicing, installation, repair, and cable testing.

His responsibilities at System Studies involve product development, sales, installation, and customer assistance for the New York area of Verizon (including Queens, Staten Island, Southern, Northern and Midtown Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Nassau).    | TOP |

Tim Taylor joined our field engineering team in 2001. With over 28 years of experience in cable maintenance with Pacific Bell and over half a decade with System Studies, Tim brings valuable experience and insight to his position of Field Engineer for AT&T West, Southwest and Midwest, Hawaiian Telcom and Alaska Communications System.

Bill Simpkins is co-founder of System Studied and Vice President of Marketing, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Simpkins draws from over thirty years of cable pressurization experience to provide the background and expertise necessary for the development of many innovative products and pressurization system enhancements.
